Understanding Services
You don’t need to worry about figuring out which service you need—that's what I am here for! I LOVE a collaborative approach, so feel free to share any requests or desires for areas of focus. The descriptions below are simply here to give you a sense of each area if you’d like to learn more. I’ll walk you through everything gently and clearly as we go. If any of this feels overwhelming, take a breath… you’re in the right place, and I've got you!

Emotion Code/Heart Wall
Emotion Code works with emotions that may have been inherited, absorbed, shared with someone else, or personally trapped. These emotions become “stuck” when they’re felt but not fully processed or released. Instead of moving through the body as designed, the emotion is suppressed or set aside—eventually creating imbalance. Types of Trapped Emotions Personal (Common): Created and trapped by the client. Absorbed: Created by someone else but taken on and held by the client. Shared: Experienced and trapped by the client and another person at the same time during a shared event. Inherited: Passed down at conception from the mother or father. Inherited emotions can extend back many generations. When an inherited emotion is released, it is cleared for everyone in the lineage who carried it—because it is one shared energy. The Extraordinary Heart The heart is far more than a physical organ. It is the body’s rhythm-setter and master communicator. It generates the strongest electromagnetic field in the body, sends and receives countless messages, and holds its own form of memory and intelligence. (Many heart transplant stories beautifully illustrate this.) Because the heart is so sensitive and central to our wellbeing, it sometimes forms a Heart Wall—layers of trapped emotions gathered for protection during times of trauma, pain, or fear. Just as we instinctively cover our ears when a sound is too loud, the heart instinctively shields itself with whatever emotional “material” is nearby. Effects of a Heart Wall A Heart Wall can lead to: -Feeling emotionally blocked or “shut down” -Difficulty accessing joy or positivity -A sense of heaviness, numbness, or disconnection -Physical tension or discomfort in the chest or surrounding areas Because the heart sits at the center of the body, these layers can influence both emotional and physical wellbeing. Releasing the Heart Wall A Heart Wall is removed gently, layer by layer, and only when the heart is ready. Most people have a Heart Wall; if testing says “no,” it typically means preliminary balancing work is needed first. Once the heart feels supported, it will allow the release process to begin. Heart Wall clearing usually takes 1–5 sessions. No matter how many sessions your heart needs, the service is offered at a single flat rate.

Body Code
Body Code is a whole-system approach to healing. It takes a wider view of the whole person. It looks not only at trapped emotions, but also at faulty belief patterns, misalignments, toxins, organs and glands, body systems, nutritional needs, Chinese medicine elements, pathogens, and so much more. Sometimes, parts of the body that are meant to communicate simply lose connection and need that link restored. Other times, an area needs support to return to full function. Think of the body like the electrical system in a home. When a fuse blows in one place, you can lose power in two different rooms. But when you correct the underlying issue, the lights come back on everywhere. Body Code works in a similar way—addressing the root problem so the whole system can function as designed. Body Code encompasses the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of the body. We were created to experience, process, and filter our environment with ease. But when either the physical body or the energetic/spirit body (the energetic counterpart to the physical body) becomes imbalanced—due to toxins, stress, lack of sleep, emotional strain, or other challenges—the processing system becomes disrupted. When this happens, the body can no longer filter experiences clearly. Distortions appear, and eventually manifest as symptoms such as: -Physical pain -Disease or dysfunction -Mental blocks -Negative patterns or habits -Phobias -Allergies -Emotional imbalance It’s similar to tending a garden: when weeds take over, the plants can’t thrive. Clearing those blockages creates the space the body needs to heal and flourish again.

Belief Code
Belief Code works with and addresses the issues that have multiple layers and the deepest roots. If Body Code is like pulling weeds from a garden so the plants can thrive, Belief Code is like discovering an oak tree in the front yard whose roots are wrapped around the pipes. These are the beliefs that distort everything around them. Belief Code is technically part of Body Code, but once a rooted belief is uncovered, it becomes its own deeper process. When a limiting belief (or a belief system) is released, it is gone permanently—along with any associated imbalances cleared during the session. When the Mind Is Out of Alignment For us to function optimally, the conscious and subconscious mind must agree. But many people carry “old information” stored in the subconscious—programming that no longer matches the truth they consciously embrace. For example: Imagine a woman who struggled with morbid obesity for years. In that season of her life, she formed subconscious beliefs about being unattractive, unworthy, or incapable. Later, through commitment and support, she achieves her goal weight and adopts a healthy lifestyle. Consciously, she knows she is healthier and stronger, but her subconscious still holds the old beliefs. Because those beliefs have roots, she continues to feel pulled back into feelings of worthlessness, experiences self-sabotage, or fluctuates in weight. Nothing is “wrong with her,” she simply has an incongruent belief system. Once these deep-rooted beliefs are released, she is free to move forward without being dragged back. The sky becomes the limit. Why Root Beliefs Matter When an issue has roots, Body Code can help for a time, but the problem often grows back because the deeper belief is still present. Not every issue has roots, but when one does, it has the greatest influence on a person’s emotional and physical wellness. The Conscious and Subconscious Mind The conscious mind makes up about 5% of our functioning. It handles reasoning, awareness, visualizing, decision-making, and acts as the gatekeeper for what enters the subconscious “file cabinet.” The subconscious mind accounts for the remaining 95%, storing: -Every face you’ve ever seen -Every feeling and experience -Environmental details you weren’t consciously aware of -All the automatic processes of the body -Long-held beliefs and emotional patterns The subconscious oversees everything from cellular activity to the trillions of internal processes happening at any given moment. Because of this, it is the most accurate source for identifying what’s wrong and what needs to be corrected. Belief systems, like emotions, can also be inherited and passed down through generations.
