​All sessions are done by proxy- this means you do not have to worry about aligning your schedule to mine! We will agree on a good day (away from big stressors) and I will email to let you know I am tuning in and starting the session (independently of you).

 

Then I will make an audio memo, interpreting the session, and a typed transcript to send via email. This allows for complete freedom for you to share any details with me and for scheduling as quickly as possible to get the help you need! I know you will find this very convenient and our connection quite deep.
